VP of Revenue Cycle

Kaleigh Stetler brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, analytics, consulting, and strategy. She has led large, multidisciplinary teams with oversight spanning patient access, clinical documentation integrity, coding and revenue integrity, patient financial services, payer relations, revenue cycle analytics, and reimbursement strategy.

Throughout her career, Kaleigh has focused on improving financial performance through data-driven strategies, operational excellence, and strong partnerships with clinical and operational leaders. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations at Asante Health System, where she led enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformation initiatives. She began her career in revenue cycle analytics before transitioning into consulting, advising health systems nationwide on revenue cycle optimization and process improvement.

Kaleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Marist College and is currently pursuing her MBA at Cleveland State University.
