Controller
Mark is an accomplished finance executive with over 15 years of experience leading accounting, reporting, and strategic finance functions for publicly traded and private companies. He currently serves as Revenue Controller, overseeing the revenue estimation process. Mark joined the company in May 2022, playing a pivotal role in Nutex Health’s reverse merger with Clinigence Holdings and its successful Nasdaq uplisting, and has led large-scale initiatives including Workday ERP implementation, GAAP compliance across complex accounting standards, and the buildout of SOX-compliant internal controls over revenue.
Prior to Nutex Health, Mark served as Managing Director at WG Consulting, where he advised clients across industries on technical accounting, ERP transformations, and operational turnarounds, often guiding executive teams through high-stakes financial and strategic challenges. His earlier career includes multiple controller roles in the oilfield services and manufacturing sectors, where he led M&A activities, capital raises, and operational improvements, as well as foundational experience in audit at Doeren Mayhew. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and brings deep expertise in financial reporting, systems implementation, and organizational leadership.
