Patrick Dennis brings nearly 30 years of experience planning, developing, and delivering complex construction projects across healthcare and commercial environments. He specializes in programming, preconstruction, budgeting, and project execution, with extensive experience leading hospital developments, emergency departments, and large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, including a decade with nationally recognized construction firm JE Dunn, Patrick has built a reputation as a process-oriented leader committed to implementing best practices and lessons learned to drive successful project outcomes. He is passionate about leveraging data to support strategic planning and informed decision-making and has developed innovative analytical tools to help manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architectural Studies from Texas A&M University
